If you’re not satisfied with your purchase or if your product is defective, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Requests must be made within 120 days of the original purchase

  • Products must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

To start a return, please email info@imstradingusa.com and our team will provide return authorization and next steps.

Once approved, you may choose between:

  • A refund, or

  • An exchange
