ORDER FULFILLMENT

Orders received are processed next business day and ship 1-2 business days after that. Customers can expect standard shipping to have an estimated delivery time of 3-6 business days.

MISSING / DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order is missing items or contains damaged items, please email us at info@imstradingusa.com and we’ll make it right.

RETURNS

If you’re not satisfied with any of our products, or if your product is defective, please contact us at info@imstradingusa.com for a return authorization. You will receive a refund or exchange. We ask that you include a copy of your receipt with your return. Returned goods must be in original packaging and request for return must be made within 120 days of your original purchase.
