Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

 If you're not satisfied with your purchase or if your product is defective, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Please note: For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used personal care products cannot be accepted for return.

How to Start a Return 

Email info@imstradingusa.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return authorization and next steps. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please do not ship items back until you receive written authorization from our team.

Refund or Exchange Options

Once your return is approved and received, you may choose between a refund to your original payment method or an exchange.

Missing or Damaged Items

 If your order arrives with missing or damaged items, please contact info@imstradingusa.com and we'll make it right as quickly as possible.
