I like that the texture allows me to massage a little deeper, and I can definitely feel the difference compared with using my hands alone. It provides temporary relief from some of the tension and discomfort and leaves me feeling more relaxed afterward. The downside is that the relief doesn’t seem to last very long, so I’m still skeptical about any longer-term effects.
