Fill the Ice Roller with your favorite infusion, water, skin safe essential oil, or custom calming "mix ins" like Chamomile flowers or Cucumber slices. Screw on lid, twist open water handle and fill with water. Place in freezer overnight - ideally 5-6 hours max. In the morning, remove from freezer and let sit for 5 minutes before twisting off top.
